EASEC (European Accreditation of Soft Skills & Employability Competencies) is the international standard for soft skills and employability competency certification. Founded in 2010, EASEC operates in 64+ countries and has completed over 8 million psychometric assessments worldwide.
Unlike other bodies, EASEC does not deliver training or design curricula. Its sole function is independent psychometric assessment and credential issuance — ensuring complete impartiality and credibility before employers, universities, and quality assurance bodies.
What does EASEC certify?
EASEC certifies 32 transversal competencies grouped into three areas:
• Intellectual: critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving.
• Work: adaptability, time management, lifelong learning.
• Social: communication, leadership, teamwork.
International frameworks behind EASEC
