The institutional onboarding process takes 4 weeks and requires no changes to your existing programmes.
EASEC can be operational at your institution in 4 weeks. The process is designed not to disrupt your existing educational activity — it does not change what you teach, it adds independent evidence of what you already achieve.
Step 1 — Align (Week 1–2)
We map your programme against ESCO, EQF, Tuning and WEF Future of Jobs frameworks. You receive alignment documentation ready for quality reports (ANECA, ENQA, institutional accreditations).
Step 2 — Assess (Week 3)
Your students or employees complete the online psychometric assessment: 15 minutes, in 7 languages, no prior preparation required. The system manages assessment assignment automatically.
Step 3 — Certify (Week 4)
5 credential formats are issued automatically for each certified individual: Europass Digital Credential, Open Badge 3.0, co-branded Digital Diploma with your institution's logo, Shareable LinkedIn Credential, and permanent personal EASEC Wallet.
